Description :

This relatively rare Spanish Revival home in Seattle is one of the last vestiges of a prescient development called Queen Anne Park, originally laid out as an exclusive gated community adjoining a golf course. The house, which dates from 1927, was to serve as the clubhouse for the back nine holes. Alas, the Great Depression interrupted the developer’s plans when only the golf course and a handful of homes had been completed. The site was eventually sold and subdivided for a tract of more modest homes, but nonetheless retains the name Queen Anne Park.
